When It Rans, It Pours.......................

Today I happened upon easily 3X as many Dryad's saddles as I did yesterday. All very young and springtime tender. They've all been sliced thin and are in the dehydrator drying out; To be used sometime later in sauces, risottos and soups. Whats left over fresh I think I'll use to stuff a chicken. I still haven't found any Morels, they are the Grail that I seek.
