......I did (last night) stuff a chicken with those saddles and it was an exceptional gustatory revelation. I just sliced them up thin and stuffed them in there. Their essence permeated the whole bird. I saute'd the rest and served those on top of some fresh springtime asparagus from the Silver Lake Cottage garden. Thanx Suzie & Bob!!
